There are a total of 4 interviews : - HR - Dev - COO - Architect Most interviews are reasonable, except for the architect one which felt pretty wrong given the position. The interviewer withholds as much information as possible and provides no written assessment for a complex setup. The aim is to force the interviewee to ask tons of questions in a short amount of time and to work out their way to a solution. Overall, this company has a robust interview process, but it feels pretty overkill for the size and notoriety of the company.
