I was approached by a Recruiter through LinkedIn to apply for this post and he said to me I have a great background and a good fit for this role. Two Sigma did not have a good description for this role and it is few bullet points put in a word doc in a bit of a hurry looks like. Upon providing very detailed information multiple times, they said to me "I'm not a good fit". This is totally unprofessional experience. It seems like the hiring process is a joke here. Whey they cannot even articulate the job description clearly, they reject candidates without even giving feedback. Total unprofessionalism.
