It was very smooth. Applied online, got the call/email after 3-4 days for the interview next week. My interview was more like a discussion with the team from the very start. But the official or formal interview was 5 question they have written on their paper. they would write everything and then give you the pass marks and then the total will show your chance ( I think so).
