First, I dropped off an application that was given to me by an employee of the company. I was called back within two days. The interview process was a very positive experience, and although this was an entry-level position, I was convinced by the conversation and demeanor of the two people who interviewed me that they were looking for people they could eventually promote and work with for a long time. It was presented as a temporary position, and there were two interviews; the first interview was with the two "bosses" at the New Orleans office, and I was offered the job by one of those people, the Senior Project Manager (I believe was his official title). While the interview phase was positive, it was because they were promising me the world and proposed that it was probable that I would be taken on as a permanent employee. That was not the case, and they actually laid off the vast majority of the local hires.

An HR call is first which is brief I would say less than 15 minutes, it's just a warm-up to see if you're a good candidate. The second interview is in person with the supervisor and that's when more questions about your experience come in.
