After a brief sit down I was given a pen and paper test to complete in a set amount of time. Afterword I met with a manager and a higher-ranking dev to go over my answers, my thought processes, and the companies day-to-day operations.

Easy process, took a few weeks from start to finish, simple(ish) coding challenge, technical interview with a few members of the team, and then a few weeks of waiting. Communication was good and everyone seemed great!
