Had a phone call and asked some basic questions including what I was paid. Sat 1 on 1 with a variety of different managers and was asked all sorts of questions. Many were behavioral by their nature and I had seen similar. Most the people I talked with were personable and we had a good conversation I thought.

Was hard, asked a lot of questions that didn't exactly match the job description. They definitely exaggerated and downplayed some stuff. HR person was friendly, but the process is supposedly like 3 interviews. Made me kinda depressed and hopeless cause I'm tryna leave a horrible job.

There is a three-step interview process, with the final one being a presentation. They make you feel like you have a shot at getting a job. However, I never heard back. I was "ghosted" despite having the qualifications. Looking at previous interview experiences posted by others, it looks like this is becoming the norm with this company.
