I was first interviewed by the HR specialist, and then spoke to the hiring manager. Did two phone interviews with them. They were mainly concerned if I would be interested in the 100% travel of the job and made it very clear how much travel the job would require. The hiring manager did ask typical interview questions (What is your greatest strength, what is your greatest weakness, etc)

Was hard, asked a lot of questions that didn't exactly match the job description. They definitely exaggerated and downplayed some stuff. HR person was friendly, but the process is supposedly like 3 interviews. Made me kinda depressed and hopeless cause I'm tryna leave a horrible job.

There is a three-step interview process, with the final one being a presentation. They make you feel like you have a shot at getting a job. However, I never heard back. I was "ghosted" despite having the qualifications. Looking at previous interview experiences posted by others, it looks like this is becoming the norm with this company.
