This was the worst interviewing process I have ever experienced. This two-month process involved multiple interviews: two 30-minute calls (with HR and the Hiring Manager), two 1-hour calls (with the Head of Customer Success and a CS Manager), and a 45-minute mock QBR requiring hours and hours of preparation. After all that, I was informed that the budget for the role hadn’t been finalized and that it could take months to resolve. Why are you interviewing for roles that aren’t budgeted for?
The Director of HR provided a firm decision date, which came and went with no follow-up. After multiple attempts to get clarity, I learned they had chosen someone else. However, the role was reposted a couple of weeks later without any communication. Clearly that person didn't accept their offer.
Tyto has a serious lack of internal alignment, organization, and respect for candidates. If this is how they manage hiring, I can only imagine how they operate internally and treat their customers. Don't waste your time.

I recently went through the interview process, and I wanted to share my experience for the benefit of others considering job opportunities there. The overall process consisted of two rounds of behavioral interviews and a presentation in the final round. My experience took a turn for the worse after receiving an offer letter. I was thrilled to receive the offer and accepted it promptly, but to my surprise, the offer was rescinded without any explanation. This left me feeling bewildered and disappointed, as I had already started planning my transition to the new role. The company's communication throughout the process was lacking. After the offer was withdrawn, I reached out to inquire about the reason, but my emails and calls were answered with a one-line generic answer. The fact that they offered me a position and then took it back without giving any justification raises concerns about the company's commitment to its employees. It's essential to have trust and transparency in any working relationship, and this experience left me questioning whether TytoCare would be a reliable employer.
