recommendation through a friend/colleague. interview seems to be different from department to department, but mine was very reasonable. took approx 4 months for everything to process through, which was a burden.
i had no experience in the field but was hired because they felt that I "was an unpolished gem".

Manager interview focus on cv. In detail. Short interview. Question to the company is important I think. No overtime. Benefits good. Focusing on your cv. Be confident and relax. Some extra work not related to the job may be good.
