Two interviews:
The first was a phone call (screening) interview and I was asked fairly basic/general interview questions. I was also given a summary of the job description (nice touch!) and given the time to ask additional questions.
The second interview took place via Skype. As the job itself is a remote/work from home position, it makes sense that you aren't called into an office for an on-site interview. At the time of the second/Skype interview, I was able to fill out the necessary paperwork for employment, using the computer camera to verify (and on their end, they were taking screenshots).
A week later, I began training. It was an all around easy process, with very helpful and friendly onboard agents.
