Applied on company website. Got a call a day later for an interview. Interviewed a week later, then had a second interview a week after that. I was told that Friday that I was selected for the position. About two weeks later corporate approved hiring and was able to get paperwork going.

They are big on diversity and personality. They want to see cash handling and customer service experience, but mostly they want a friendly candidate. Everybody I encountered at US Bank has been very pleasant and professional.

it was fine, not much was asked i feel like it was pretty easy . it was a group interview , and i moved to the final round the final round wasn’t an interview just a conversation between me and a senior manger
Received an email. Set up the date. Initially they are getting to know you and your experience. Looking for customer services skills. It was not hard. They also asked me about how we can respect customers. And diversity
