Did not ask technical questions and were more focused on people skills. We're kind people who wanted to know you are your story rather than just the work you could get done for them. It gave the feel of a family oriented atmosphere.

Their interviews are very straightforward. Typically a two to three round process. First with your recruiter, Then one with someone from the department. Lastly, someone or a group of people within the department. Questions are straightforward. Was able to hear back with their decision right away.

Good, overall very simple, screening then video interview with an actual representative, took a while to hear back though. It was straightforward on questions, nothing too technical other than a bit about the market and how interest rates are.
