I applied via. paper application and was referred by a teller who I visited regularly, received an interview the following day asking about my qualifications. About 3 days later I was given an offer and accepted. Was required to get my fingerprints taken at the police station to have the bank submit to the FBI for a background check. About a week later I began employment.
