Essentially routine questions. Most people interviewing for this position have banking or cash handling experience at some level so questioning will revolve around hypothetical situations on a teller line or helping a customer with fees. All of the positions revolve around sales so much of the interview will be assessing your communication ability as you answer the questions and comfort level as you convey your message. You will also be asked about your comfort level with sales and previous sales history.

Most of the questions asking what do you do to stay motivated are seeking out what you do when it's slow or you haven't reached your sales quota. There's essentially one answer they're looking for which is, "I always find something to do to increase my sales." You have to seemingly sound obsessed with sales to play it safe unless your job is specifically for a customer service or auditing position.
