This was an initial phone screening interview. They wanted to get a sense for who I was, how quickly I could begin. The interview was scheduled for @ 30 minutes but actually continued for @45 minutes. Ultimately it became clear that I was over qualified the position applied.

I worked with a senior recruiter was located in Minneapolis. He was very easy to work with and professional. Good communication throughout and he moved everything along expeditiously. Less senior recruiters there however are less reliable.
