I applied online and got a call from the HR generalist from Milwaukee. The questions asked were pretty general. Tell me about your previous positions. what did you and did you not like about the positions.How would you contribute to US bank if hired? Experience in cash handling and customer service. Then I interviewed with the branch manager who threw lots of behavioral questions at me. Tell me about the time you had to deal with a rude customer, when you experienced a bad customer service and attempted to fix it, tell me about the sales experience and so on. The whole process took about 5 days. Pretty easy

I first interviewed with the branch manager at the location I applied. After passing that interview, I had a second interview with the regional manager at their office. I only had two interviews.
