Phone Interview. Conference call with 4 different employees from US Bank. I did not make it past the phone interview. Very straight forward. Friendly interviewers. Just did not work out for me.
It was calm and relax and they wanted to ask about your experiences and also have you would fit in their company. Also what you liked about their company and how you saw yourself in the future

It was very informal. It only lasted 30 minutes and they ask very basic interview questions. Be prepared and know you information about the company. Having prior knowledge helps a lot.
