I applied online. The process took about 5 days. Got a call from the Branch manager to come for an interview. Had my first interview at an In Store branch. Got a call the same day in the evening to go for a second interview at another In Store branch. Both branch managers were pretty impressed with me, and told me I was going to be getting a call in about 3 business days if I was hired. Called them after 2 days, and was informed I was hired. I received an official offer the day after I called. Passes a criminal background check and was scheduled to begin orientation 2 weeks later.

Pretty Standard interview process. The interview process is pretty much what you would expect from this type of job. Nothing in particular about the interviews process stood out or was out of the ordinary. It is pretty much standard.

I submitted my application online through their website. I received a call a week later from one of the recruiters, she did a phone interview and asked me about my previous job and experience, and why I wanted to work for them. Another week later I got a called from the branch manager to go interview, so I went the next day and he asked me a few other interview questions, more detailed. It seem like he liked my answers and I felt very confident, due to my previous job which was a lot similar to what I was applying for. He said they would let know if they would give me and offer by the end of the week. I went home and about 2 hours later I received a call with an offer. I'm just waiting for my start date.
