I was hired after two interviews. The first was the Branch Manager, the other with the SSC and District Manager. The first interview was very easy. It was more like a conversation than a grilling session. The second interview was more intimidating. The interviewer was glued to the script, and it did not feel like a conversation at all.
First, I started out with a phone interview with recruiter followed by in person interview with district manager. At the time, there was no assigned branch manager so the standard process may vary from mine.

Why should we pick you over other candidates that are applying?
I applied on the website. us bank branch manager contacted me. i made appointment for the interview. i passed the interview. next interview is with district manager. but my first language is not English. so i failed the interview. but the interview is good experience.
Asked the appropriate questions. I felt comfortable and the manager was easy going and let his expectations be known. Make sure to ask a lot of questions about the position. My previous banking experience made it easier for me.
