i applied via indeed. i received a call back a week later from the hiring manager to schedule an interview. upon actual onsite interview it was apparent that the newly hired plant manager and the long time associate operations manager really were more interested in my military background and really seeing who/what i looked etc rather than my skills in doing the job. there were all sorts of hints the interview was a joke. problem is they didnt realize i knew it so the jokes on them. in essence this company will waste your time.
