First they will schedule your interview and mail and sms you then call you then HR ask the questions like tell me about yourself, what do you understand by marketing and sales, what are the 4 or 7 ps etc then they provide you the brief about the company then end the call next 2or 3 if you are selected you will receive offer letter from the hr and you have to provide them your acceptance
