2 levels of interview. First was group discussion wherein the topic was which sport should be the national sport of India. The next round was interview with a panel. Basic questions were asked
The first round was a group discussion. shortlisted candidates had an interview. The panel consisted of 3 people. Pretty basic interview. Mostly CV based. It was quite frank and for me it felt less like an interview and more like a conversation

The interview process was very apt. More than anything the interviewer tired to test the level of confidence during the process. The process was practical and to the point. Tired to understand my expectations from this job and way to go about working in the company.
