The whole process was overwhelming, with more than 8 rounds of interviews. On one of the last rounds, the interview was conducted by a product manager, without the minimum skills to perform such task. She even asked the “sell me this pen” 1980’s type of question. Terrible

La prise de contact avait été effectuée via LinkedIn par les équipes RH de recrutement à l’interne. La RH à fait preuve de sérieux, de dynamisme et de proactivité au travers des différentes phases d’entretien ce qui est suffisamment rare pour être souligné. Processus clair et efficient ensuite avec le manager et l’échelon hiérarchique supérieur.
