It was Super Day, 3 half-hour interviews with 3 MDs and a group interview where I was asked to work with everyone else in the team to come up with a solution to a budgeting problem, given 10 minutes. The 1:1 interviews were pure behavioral. The group interview was first time for me as well for them, but it went on well. I just made sure I was being proactive and problem-solving than showing leadership just for the sake of it. For instance, help clarify the questions, supporting other people's ideas, etc.
