Went through a referral. was contacted by hr directly and after an initial phone screen an inhouse interview was setup in valuations group with a manager and senior associate. The whole process was pretty smooth and lasted about three hours. Was lucky to be given an offer in a couple of days. Was able to move to the trading floor within a year of supporting a desk.
It was organised and smooth. Both HR and hiring department made clear process. I was able to understand the job role and was to be perform the interview well. Hiring team interview was more like a discussion and it was nice.

there were two rounds. One was hackerrank. This varies based on role. Once I had full-stack Java plus React and another I had Java plus SQL. 2nd round was on teams, they focused on low-level design implementation

The process was easy and straight forward. There were no difficult questions and it was more about getting to know the personality. Various rounds of interviews with different employees and a lot of coffee chats. Focused more on personality fit rather than on qualifications.
