1. Numerical Reasoning und Cultural Appraiser Test
2. Video Interview: Es müssen acht Fragen beantwortet werden. Es handelten sich vorwiegend um HR-Fragen, teilweise jedoch auch auf die Stelle ausgerichtet.
3. Interview Runde via Skype inkl. Case Study (ca. 60 min)
4. Physisches Interview mit dem Team (mehr Personal Fit)

First there is an Online Assessment, then a Hirevue and finally in person interview. Rather short and lean process if compared to other Graduate programs. Final Interview was very much personal fit based.
