After submitting your application you will be asked to take a numerical reasoning test and a cultural appraisal "test". Once those are complete you'll hear back in a few days regarding the next step. I am currently in the process of doing the one-way interview.

First there is an Online Assessment, then a Hirevue and finally in person interview. Rather short and lean process if compared to other Graduate programs. Final Interview was very much personal fit based.

2 rounds of 30 minute interviews with 2 people interviewing. They asked questions about previous internship experience and projects you’ve worked on. Questions like what is your greatest strength and weakness.
