Pleasant experience. Two round process. Structured interview with technical and behavioral questions, particular emphasis on specific fit as well as ability to be a team player and learn new things quickly

Long and drawn out. Varying levels of interest from then interviewing team throughout the process. During the interview there were additional participants on the call that never introduced themselves or turned on their camera.
Extremely slow process. No Transparency and communication during the entire process. The interviewer frames a perception and is not willing to change or give a chance to fair communication and tries to sabotage the conversation.
4 rounds were there. 1st coding round. 2nd technical round. 3rd managerial round. 4th HR round.
2nd round was taken by project lead and 3rd was taken by project manager.
