I applied online and then completed online tests and video recorded interviews. I then went to in person assessment centre which included a fit interview, case study, and a presentation on the valuation of a company. Everyone seemed slightly rushed and the interviewers did not seem to want to be there.

First there is an Online Assessment, then a Hirevue and finally in person interview. Rather short and lean process if compared to other Graduate programs. Final Interview was very much personal fit based.

2 rounds of 30 minute interviews with 2 people interviewing. They asked questions about previous internship experience and projects you’ve worked on. Questions like what is your greatest strength and weakness.
