very nice people who tried to help me out a lot and were very frank with the topic of payment. in general it seemed like they genuinely wanted everyone who applied to do well in the interview
Informal and 50/50 split between behavioral and technical. Consisted of 4 phone calls with various members of the team, starting with director, and then Senior Associate, and then Analyst for the more technical interview.

Standard technicals, but not the best culturally. Asked to walk through M&A transaction, as well as mental math. Asked to talk to previous experiences, particularly past technical experience. Very very serious.
