Extremely professional interview. The interviewers asked me all the right questions. Listened to my experience and projects with focus and curiosity. I felt the interview was more of an insightful discussion.
Although the interview was only meant for a maximum of 1 hour. It got so interesting that we went over board by 10 mins.

I hasn't been invited to the interview after the initial screening, which was business reasoning questions and work style questions. It took me around 60 minutes to complete this test.

Colloquio
Had 2 interviews with the team, then a case study, an interview with the global head, and another interview with HR. So 5 total rounds... The final call with HR was very positive, but they never mentioned an offer, although signs that there would be one. In the end the position was offered to an internal candidate, however I was never reached out to by HR... after 5 rounds and such positive feedback was really expecting the HR to at least be honest with me and tell me I did not get the position.

With HR I was only asked about salary and visa status, both which were ok.
HR round. This section is the easiest, mostly here for screening and validation of the profile
