I got interview invite after getting referred by one of my ex-colleague.
There were 2 rounds of technical interview, and then HR round was conducted.
In the HR round, HR will ask your expectation, and then you will need to share the documents over email.

Questions were like the guy who had come to interview after googling java interview questions, would have easily impressed the interviewer.
It was organised and smooth. Both HR and hiring department made clear process. I was able to understand the job role and was to be perform the interview well. Hiring team interview was more like a discussion and it was nice.

there were two rounds. One was hackerrank. This varies based on role. Once I had full-stack Java plus React and another I had Java plus SQL. 2nd round was on teams, they focused on low-level design implementation

The process was easy and straight forward. There were no difficult questions and it was more about getting to know the personality. Various rounds of interviews with different employees and a lot of coffee chats. Focused more on personality fit rather than on qualifications.
