I just went through a phone interview with UBS IB Operations Team for an internship in the OTC Client Valuation Team, as an AIESEC intern. The interview went well, really relaxed by phone, got asked questions about previous work experience and it also was more towards the 7 core competencies that UBS looks for, and got in details more knowledge and explanation about the current role that I applied for.
