Hire View interview and then we proceeded to an assessment center. I believe there is also a CV screening process in the beginning. In later stages you will get an opportunity to meet prospective colleagues who will further interview you.

Summer Intern program for the COO department. The process included a Hirevue, online tests (30 minutes, personality and aptitude), and then two video call interviews. These were with different team MDs, mid-seniority. Questions required knowledge of investment banking workflows and process, minimal financial technicals.
It was pretty straightforward and the questions were practical and what you would expect. They asked a lot about my resume. They were very welcoming. I was told there would be two rounds but there was only one.
