Written Application, Aptitude Test, Video Interview . Video Interview had 7 questions and were in both Japanese and English. Aptitude test included both behavioural and logical reasoning. Scenario based questions as well as spatial reasoning.

Interview process was such a nightmare. My interview were rescheduled many times. They were not appreciative of my time. The HR was based in out of country. They did not understand the concept of time zones. I asked to confirm the time zones and they weren't being clear about it.
