3 rounds, first screening with HR, second with team lead and director, last with director. Quite a straightforward process given a specialist role. It helps to pay attention to teamwork, communication and trust - give experiences that fit in with the description of the JD.
Difficulty Level of the interview: average to high. Employee Benefits remain constantly low as per expectation Turnover is deemed as low HR was swift and efficient in handling the uncertainty and new updates

Got video interview invitation few weeks after online application. It lasted for 45mins and i got cut off several times by the the interviewer and he seems know all what i’m about to say. I had many interviews with big companies and this is the first time had such unprofessional experience. Deeply feeling disrespected and disappointed for the time and effort i put for this interview. Why bother wasting each other’s time? Still believe the company is a good one to work for.
