Laid back and friendly. Everyone who interviewed me was very easy to get along with and they clearly valued interpersonal skills more than anything else. There were 3 rounds, mostly behavioral and a few technical questions.
One assessment test about logic and behavior, then a pre recorded interview where you would see a question, then have one minute to think how to answer, then 2 minutes to discuss your answer

Die Interviewer waren sehr menschlich und haben sich um meine Persönlichkeit gekümmert. Es ging vor allem um die Umgangsformen und zwischenmenschliche Art der Person. Jedoch auch technische Skills wurden befragt.

Standard Hirevue interview, from what I recall you get two minutes to prepare and two minutes to speak. After each question your response is automatically recorded and you cannot retry.
