Colloquio
Dehumanizing horrible experience. Multiple stages: 1) CV, cover letter, recommendation letter, 2) Online cognitive assessments including pattern recognition and verbal reasoning, 3) One sided video interview, questions were very specific to the role I applied for, 4) I got an email saying the hiring manager was considering my application and I should do a Python test in the meantime and it took me about 3h to do it, 5) Interview with the hiring manager, we mosty talked about my previous experience and coding skills, 6) I was invited to a technical interview, which they canceled 3h before saying it was rescheduled due to internal changes and they’d let me know. It took them 2.5 weeks to send me a generic email saying they regret to inform me that they’re rejecting me. They could have told me that right away instead of keeping me waiting for so long expecting another interview. I took time off for the interview and I spent several hours preparing for it. I know companies don’t care at all about us applicants but this is the worst experience I have ever had.

First there is an Online Assessment, then a Hirevue and finally in person interview. Rather short and lean process if compared to other Graduate programs. Final Interview was very much personal fit based.

2 rounds of 30 minute interviews with 2 people interviewing. They asked questions about previous internship experience and projects you’ve worked on. Questions like what is your greatest strength and weakness.
