Video interview with short prep time. The assessments were skills based and hence didn’t require too much prep. Overall okay process and heard back quite quickly. Only difficulty was not having a real person interviewing at all, all were recordings.

Applied late Oct. Submitted online assessment, which was an untimed behavioural assessment, along with a maths and logic cognitive assessment. Received Hirevue invitation in early Dec. Interview was conducted online, and lasted 15 minutes.

Combination of behavioural, logical, and technical questions. Eg, name a recent deal/development, why this interested you, and how this impacts UBS. Another question was what are UBS’s greatest strengths, and what separates UBS from its competitors. Also, name a time you had to resolve a conflict.

Standard level of difficulty, nothing too technical.
They cared mainly about motivations for global markets, situational judgement and past experiences /how you could implement that into the role. Overall, it is what you would expect

Was required to talk mainly about activities outside of econ and ability to collaborate in teams. Not too tight for time but important to just try stay calm even if you find a question difficult.
