2 technical rounds & 1 HR round. post technical rounds got a feedback call from HR and ask my availability for next round. Post final discussion offer letter rolled out by HR and asked me to accecpt the same in next 48 hrs.

Long and drawn out. Varying levels of interest from then interviewing team throughout the process. During the interview there were additional participants on the call that never introduced themselves or turned on their camera.
Extremely slow process. No Transparency and communication during the entire process. The interviewer frames a perception and is not willing to change or give a chance to fair communication and tries to sabotage the conversation.
4 rounds were there. 1st coding round. 2nd technical round. 3rd managerial round. 4th HR round.
2nd round was taken by project lead and 3rd was taken by project manager.
