The process was well-structured and professional, beginning with an online assessment followed by a video interview. Questions were highly relevant, focusing on analytical skills, teamwork, and motivations. Each stage emphasized UBS’s values and gave insight into the role.

Online application, hirevue consisting of 5 questions with one try each (no retries), moved onto behavioral interview with basic questions, and a technical round. Hirevue was most likely automatic because I received it within the same day I applied and was given 5 days to complete
