After screening of documents, a candidate meet with the head of the department or HR manager. Then, the senior analyst who would like to hire the candidate meet the candidate. This meeting is the most important. And if the hiring process will be continued, the candidate will meet other analysts although these people are not decision-makers. As a last interview, a candidate will meet the head of the department to receive an offer letter.

This was followed by a video interview (R2), an in-person office interview (R3), and finally an HR interview (R4). The entire recruitment process took around five weeks to complete from application to final stage.

Very laid back interview. Just walked through my resume, why asset management, and overall just behaviorals. There were zero technical questions, and the interviewer was more curious about my leadership, experiences specifically from my previous internship.
