Final round consists of 3 interviews based on case study commercial awareness. The case study was based on M&A accretion analysis. Commercial interview was based on current affairs
Informal and 50/50 split between behavioral and technical. Consisted of 4 phone calls with various members of the team, starting with director, and then Senior Associate, and then Analyst for the more technical interview.

Standard technicals, but not the best culturally. Asked to walk through M&A transaction, as well as mental math. Asked to talk to previous experiences, particularly past technical experience. Very very serious.
