The interviews were well run and organized. There was two interviews a group interview and an individual. The staff was very kind asked thoughtful questions relating to both the job and not.

Relaxed and friendly One group interview and person to person interview They are looking for those that work well with others, is respectful, and can listen. This can be seen with the group interviews moreso than the individual interview. Being honest can make your experience with the interviewers much more pleasant. They want to find real students that do undergo some difficulties, but know how to solve them.
