The interview process was very short. I emailed back and forth numerous times. and set up a meeting time. After the initial meeting, they had me read a few papers to see if I was still interested. Then I met with the professor.

Very smooth, asked competency questions regarding research methodologies related to qualitative and quantative methods. The interviewer gave a great introduction along with a good framework of what to expect when taking on the position.
