Set up an interview through email about two weeks after I applied. I was able to interview virtually which was nice being out of state Received an offer relatively quickly after interview.

describe a time you had a conflict with colleagues and how did you handle it?
It was dragged out over several weeks. It was scenario style questions. It lasted about 30 mins. They ended up ghosting me and I never heard about the position. The position is still posted as open. I have followed up several times but haven’t heard back.
