The interview consisted of a full day, with several 1:1 interviews, a presentation on my past research ( to a ~10 people crowd) and an interview with a HR person. The HR interview went deep into my background and the reason I made every decision in my career. He also try to get a good idea of my personality and collegiality. Come prepared for a long exhausting behavioral interview!
The planning was very good and people seemed to get along very well. The research site is too far from the city.

Processus d’entretien très rapide. Call avec la RH de 10-15min. Quelques questions en anglais. Puis quelques jours plus tard, entretien visio avec les 2 managers (30min) qui m’ont bien expliqué le poste et l’environnement dans lequel j’allais être.

La communication était claire que ce soit pour la prise de contact, la planification des entretiens ou le suivi après chaque étape. Dans l’ensemble, j’ai trouvé le processus professionnel, bien organisé et transparent, ce qui m’a donné une bonne impression de l’entreprise et de sa manière de recruter.

Screening interviews with a recruiter and the hiring manager. Then we had a 1 day interview with various people on the team and a presentation. The interview itself was great and the people were kind through the interview stage of the process. The problem was after the interview the recruiter and the hiring manager both completely ghosted me for months in spite of keeping the advertisement open. They should at minimum reply to your emails and update you on the status, even if to say they need more time or they are not interested in your application anymore.
