I applied online and got a call to schedule an interview a few weeks later. The interview was with the department manager and they had other candidates scheduled for that day. After the interview, I checked online and saw a status update a few weeks later.
There were three different rounds of interviews. The first two were one-on-one meetings with my direct manager and the last round was with the HR director. The interview process was friendly and welcoming.

Applied in September, interviewed in October. It is now November and I still have not heard back from the department. I interviewed with the senior analyst, manager, and another person. Took about 20 minutes. I was told that I would hear back from someone regardless. Two months after initial contact, still nothing. I have followed up but no replies. Application status is still "routed to supervisor" but at this point, it's safe to assume that I was not selected

Pretty simple, met with the hiring manager in her office, had the interview. She just asked why I wanted to work here and gave me a run down of the day to day job. That's it. Simple.
