There were a total of two interviews. The director of the Env interviewed me and the regional manager. The interview consisted mostly of questions regarding my experience, projects, and interest in cross-function.

Just be yourself, and wow them with passion. If they feel you are up to the task and have some sort of relevant experience, you should have any issues. It is also important to show follow-up and professionalism, they are good enough to know if you are faking a persona in order to wow them.
