There was a panel of three conducting the interview - a Scientist, a Senior Scientist, and the HCM Manager. They each asked three questions and took notes. They were really friendly and it felt almost conversational. We chatted during and afterwards about what its like to work at UKHSA Colindale and what each person likes the most about their jobs/working there.
